Fibre laser, plasma or oxy-fuel, whichever suits the job, run on machines we qualify. First-article check on every new profile before the full run.
Finish & dispatch
Deburring, bending, welding, powder coating, PVD or mirror polish, then dispatch from our own works at Liluah.

What's the minimum order for laser cutting?
None. We run one-off prototypes through to repeat production batches on the same machines, so a single part is quoted the same way as a batch of five hundred.
Can you cut from a sketch, not just a DXF?
Yes. Send a sketch, sample piece or even a photograph and we'll redraw it and send a proof back before anything goes to the machine.
Do you finish the parts too, or just cut?
Both. Deburring, bending, welding, powder coating, PVD and mirror polish are all handled in-house or through partners we supervise, so you receive a finished part, not a raw cut.
How fast can I get a quote?
Same day for a clean DXF file. For a sketch or sample that needs redrawing, allow an extra day for the proof.
Do you deliver outside West Bengal?
Yes — dispatch covers all of India, including part loads and scheduled project consignments, with freight quoted separately.
Do you own the laser, or is it placed with a partner shop?
Cutting runs on machines we qualify and manage, not a laser we own outright — nesting and programming happen in-house, and every job gets a first-article check and inspection before dispatch from our own works. If that distinction matters to your job, we'll say so upfront rather than let you assume otherwise.
