Hardox 400 / 450 / 500
Through-hardened, abrasion-resistant plate for liners, chutes, buckets and dump bodies. Hardness 400–500 HBW depending on grade.
Abrex 400 / 500
High-hardness quenched and tempered plate for crushers, hoppers, screens and material-handling equipment.
Corten A / Corten B
Weathering steel that forms a stable rust patina, eliminating the need for paint. Used for façades, bridges, sculptures and outdoor structures.
Boiler & pressure vessel plate
SA 516 Gr.60/70, IS 2002 and equivalent grades for boilers, pressure vessels and heat exchangers.
Structural & shipbuilding plate
IS 2062, E250/E350/E450, and Lloyd’s / IRS-approved grades for structures, bridges and marine use.

Which wear plate grades do you stock?
Hardox 400/450/500, Abrex 400/500, and Corten A/B, in thicknesses from 6 mm to 80 mm. Boiler plate, shipbuilding grades and high-tensile plates are also available.
Can you cut wear plate to my pattern?
Yes. Send a DXF, PDF or sketch. We nest your parts on the plate and cut on fibre laser (to 40 mm), plasma (to 60 mm) or oxy-fuel (to 300 mm), depending on thickness and edge requirement.
Do you supply test certificates?
Yes. Mill test certificates travel with every consignment, whether full plates or cut parts.
What is the minimum order quantity?
No fixed minimum. We supply single plates, part-loads and scheduled call-off orders. Freight is quoted separately so you can compare it.
Do you deliver outside West Bengal?
Yes. Pan-India dispatch by road, including part loads and scheduled consignments.
Can you supply Corten for architectural projects?
Yes. Corten A and Corten B in plates and laser-cut profiles for façades, signage, planters and landscape features.
