What can you actually take on, end to end?
Material since 2019, cutting since 2024, full fabrication and erection since 2025 — one contract, or any single piece. Stocking, bandsaw cutting, welding and dispatch happen at our own works in Liluah. Profile cutting, girder build-up and erection are placed with shops we qualify and supervise.
What can the laser actually cut?
Mild steel, stainless, galvanised, aluminium and brass, from thin decorative sheet to structural plate. Send a DXF and we quote from the file — or send a sketch and we’ll redraw it and send a proof first.
Can you work inside a hotel or building that's still operating?
Yes — it’s a large part of why we focus on hospitality. Night shifts, hot-work permits, dust control, fire watch, protected finishes. We’d rather cut and weld at Liluah and bolt on site than run a grinder in a lobby.
Do you own your own works?
Yes — our yard and bays are at Liluah, Howrah, open to visit. Ours: stocking, bandsaw cutting, welding, handling, cranage, dispatch. Placed with qualified shops, and inspected by us: profile cutting, girder build-up, erection. Either way, one company, one contract.
Can you supply girders?
Yes — plate, box, crane and gantry girders, and bridge girders. Detailed by us, camber and stiffeners set at drawing stage, webs profiled to 40 mm and 14 m so there are no unnecessary splices. Match-marked, NDT to spec, records travel with the steel.
Do you supply PEB, or only conventional steel?
Both. A full PEB system — frames, purlins, sheeting, mezzanine, crane provisions — delivered as a bolted kit. Where conventional framing suits your loads better, we’ll say so instead of selling you a PEB anyway.
Can we come and see your works?
Yes, and we’d rather you did. The yard at Liluah is open — look at the stock, watch the saw run, meet the people who’d run your job. Call either number and come this week if you like.
Do you deliver outside your own state?
Yes. Pan-India, including part loads and scheduled consignments, with call-off stock for long-running sites. Freight quoted separately so you can compare it.
Will you take contract or job work for other fabricators?
Yes. Overflow cutting and fabrication, erection against your material, supervised crews, shutdown teams. Our own bays at Liluah plus a qualified network usually absorb a peak that would otherwise force you to turn a job down.
How do you price, and how fast?
A laser quote from a clean DXF, usually same day. A budget rate against tonnage, about 48 hours. We price the whole delivered scope — one number, not four quotes to assemble yourself.
Who inspects the work?
Our own people, at first article, fit-up, after welding and before dispatch — on our floor at Liluah, or theirs if placed outside. Your inspector is welcome any time, announced or not. NDT to your spec, records travel with the steel.
